Don't see users or business units

I'm using CRM on-premise. When I load the tool, I don't see any data (users or BU). What could be causing this? In my test (sandbox) environment however, it works perfectly.

Any ideas?

The same problem occured to me now in my test environment. In the dev environment it works.. strange.

Joubin, did you find a solution to the problem?

For anyone having the same problem as me and Joubin. I was accessing CRM using the FQDN, when switching to only using the shorter computer-name it worked for me. Hope this helps.
